Design the architecture for web applications for our product area “personal finance and health” (e.g., health insurance comparison, car insurance, etc.)
Define robust technical architectures and develop prototypes for new projects
Evaluate and integrate software products to enhance quality standards
Ensure adherence to best practices and coding excellence within the team
Actively participate in all phases of application development, from concept to testing
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
Identify opportunities for enhancing workflows and improving efficiency
Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and development

We are looking for skilled professionals who thrive in working on large-scale web applications with a substantial user base. If you have a degree in Computer Science or a related field and possess the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you:
You possess a solid foundation in software design and software architecture, enabling you to tackle complex systems with ease (5-7 years of experience)
Your expertise lies in the technologies within our tech stack, with a strong emphasis on .Net and/or React development on the Azure cloud
You have a deep understanding of DevOps principles and possess the ability to implement them effectively
Your knowledge of Scrum and other agile methodologies is comprehensive, allowing you to thrive in our collaborative team environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are your strengths, and you enjoy working collaboratively with your peers. Previous leadership and mentoring experience is highly valued
Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in (Swiss-) German is an added advantage
