Ideally located 10 minutes' walk from Nyon train station, between Geneva and Lausanne, we are subletting our apartment for a period of 2 months: May and June 2025.

The 3.5-room apartment is being sublet as a large 2.5-room furnished apartment (the children's room will be locked). Located on the 7th floor with an elevator, offering a stunning view of the lake, the Alps, and Nyon, this bright apartment features:

- A large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine)
- A spacious and bright living room with a large table, sofa, and projector
- A guest toilet with a washing machine and dryer
