This tastefully furnished one-bedroom apartment is located inside a beautiful house and has a separate entrance, which is accessed from the property's beautiful manicured garden. Upon entering, the apartment immediately welcomes you with the kitchen, modern and equipped with everything you need, open to the living area. Next to it is the dining table and opposite is the living room, with the TV area and the two lively yellow sofas, on which to relax, read a book or watch a movie. This bright room overlooks the garden.

The spacious master bedroom also offers a practical desk, ideal for study and work.
The bathroom with shower concludes the apartment.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, a short walk from the Exhibition Center and a 10-minute walk from the historic center, making it perfect for couples but also for business stays and Fairs.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.
